Personality Assessments & Tests

Assessments are objective personality tests and interviews, used to clarify individual strengths, limitations, behaviors, and attitudes. Those characteristics help us understand our relationships and work styles.

Personality tests are used with all of Dr. Dan's services. Assessments are frequently employed to help leaders learn more about their team dynamics.

Several objective assessments are used regularly in our practice, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and ENRICH for couples.
